Race Car Cocktail Recipe
50ml La Distillerie de Monaco Gin aux Agrumes
25ml Race Car Syrup
100ml Spuma Polara, to top up
15ml fresh lemon juice
Orange wedge, to garnish

Fill a rocks glass with ice and add your gin, lemon juice and syrup. Give it a little stir then top up with the Spuma Polara. Garnish with an orange wedge and serve.
