Shipping policy

UK delivery & costs:

• Standard delivery (3–5 business days): £4.99

• Orders over £79: Free Standard Delivery

 All online shop orders are shipped via Royal Mail or EVRi. You can select your preferred delivery method (Standard or Next Day) at checkout.

Please note that order timing, weekends, bank holidays, and local area demand can affect dispatch and delivery schedules. Deliveries to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, and the Channel Islands may take an extra 1–2 working days.

International shipping:
We currently only ship to addresses within the UK (including the Channel Islands and Scottish Highlands). We are unable to offer international shipping or memberships at this time, though we hope to expand internationally in the future.

Subscription box delivery schedule:

• Payment on the 23rd: Payment is processed on the 23rd of the month. We allow up to two weeks to label and prepare boxes for dispatch at the beginning of the following month.

• Payment after the 23rd: If you pay after the 23rd, your box will arrive later in the following month.

We will email you an estimated delivery date and tracking number as soon as your box dispatches.

Missing or damaged orders:
Please contact our support team within 30 days of your promised delivery date if your order has not arrived, arrives damaged, or if you experience any other issues with your delivery.
