Ingredients
50ml craft gin or tequila
25ml Paloma Cocktail Syrup
100ml eauYES Pink Grapefruit Sparkling Mineral Water
Salt, fresh lime wheel and fresh grapefruit slice, for the rim and garnish
Method
Begin by coating the rim of a highball glass with salt. Add ice, then pour in the ingredients and give a quick stir to combine. Garnish with a lime wheel and grapefruit slice before serving.
