Grapefruit Gin Spritz

25ml gin
50ml grapefruit juice
25ml Aperol
50ml sparkling wine, chilled

Grapefruit wedge, to garnish

Fill your glass (a large coupe or wine glass would be best) with ice and pour in your gin, grapefruit juice and Aperol. Stire gently to combine. Top up with sparking wine (or prosecco). Garnish with a wedge of grapefruit or orange, then serve.
