Belvoir Gin Fizz
Method
Fill a highball glass with ice and set aside. In a cocktail shaker packed with ice, combine your gin and lime juice. Shake and strain into your glass, then top up with Belvoir Elderflower Presse and garnish with raspberries.
Ingredients:
35ml Gin
10ml lime juice
125ml Belvoir Elderflower Presse
3-4 raspberries, to garnish
