Gin, Basil & Cucumber Tonic
30ml Osmoz Citrus Gin
1 tbsp sugar syrup
1 tsp lemon juice
Tonic water, to top up
Cucumber & basil to garnish
Combine Osmoz Citrus Gin and sugar syrup in a glass, and mix. Muddle three basil leaves in the bottom of the glass, then add the cucumber and lemon juice. Fill the glass with crushed ice, and top up with tonic. Garnish with cucumber and basil and serve.
