Ingredients:

6 mint leaves, plus one to garnish
20ml lemon juice
15ml elderflower cordial  
35ml 58 Gin
15ml apple juice
Champagne, chilled, to top up


 

Method:

Add all ingredients into a shaker over ice. Shake and strain. Top with champagne and a mint leaf, to garnish.
