Cocktail of the Week: The Last Word

We've loved drinking our The West Winds Gin this month, whether in a good old G&T or the great range of cocktail recipes the talented team have shared with us.

So what better way to bid farewell to our January Gin of the Month this week than with this delicious classic cocktail, The Last Word.

We've given it a whirl (see right) and can vouch for its deliciousness! The West Winds team describe it thus: “A little sour, a little sweet, a little pungent - a forgotten classic. Any drink which can harness the raw power of Chartreuse is a doozy in our books.” 

The Last Word

20ml The West Winds Gin The Sabre
20ml lime juice
20ml Maraschino liqueur
20ml Green Chartreuse 

Shake and strain into a coupette glass. Garnish with lime peel.
