You need this gin and strawberry lemonade in your life!

We are currently chowing down on the delicious Summer Strawberries & Cream Poshcorn from Tyrrell's this month. It has inspired us to mix up this absolute delight! 

Gin & Strawberry Lemonade

Method:

Pop your strawberries in a blender or food processor and blitz until smooth, then remove the seeds by running the liquid through a sieve as you transfer it to a bowl. Mix with the lemon juice and half of the sugar, then combine in a pitcher with your ice water. Taste, and add more sugar if desired. To serve, add 50ml of gin into a long glass filled with ice and top up with your strawberry lemonade.


 

Ingredients:

300g strawberries, hulled & halved
Juice of 5 lemons
700ml ice-cold water
50ml gin per serving
