Flavoured with chocolate liqueur, this limoncello and gin cocktail is utterly scrumptious!

Inspired by the incredible mix of sweet and savoury tones in LOVE CORN Chocolate Crunchy Corn, the amazing snack in Craft Gin Club’s September 2022 Gin of the Month box, we have created a beautiful limoncello and chocolate liqueur gin cocktail that is savoury and tart and sweet in all of the right places.

A heady mix of gin, limoncello, dry vermouth and Crème de Cacao Blanc, this cocktail certainly packs a punch, yet it’s also delectably elegant too.

The rich juniper base of the gin is the perfect partner to the herbaceous vermouth. Together, they work so well with the vibrant, zesty tones of the limoncello. The chocolate liqueur then rounds everything out wonderfully with it’s mellow, almost-creamy chocolaty aromas.

When combined, these ingredients are simply divine - especially when enjoyed with LOVE CORN Chocolate Crunchy Corn, which are crunchy pieces of corn coated in smooth milk chocolate and seasoned with a touch of salt. Yum!

Limoncello & Chocolate Martini

45ml gin
30ml dry vermouth
30ml Crème de Cacao Blanc
10ml limoncello
Slice of fresh lemon, to garnish

Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice and shake well. Strain into a coupe glass. Garnish, serve and enjoy!
