Method:

Fill a Collins glass with ice and add your gin, apple juice and lemon juice. Stir gently, then top up with Cucumber & Watermelon Tonic. Garnish and enjoy!

 

Ingredients:

50ml Gin
25ml Cloudy Apple Juice
Juice of half a lemon
Cucumber & Watermelon Tonic, to top up
Sliced red apple, to garnish
