Green Plateau

40ml Vidda Tørr Gin
10ml Earl Grey syrup*
15ml lime juice
Splash of sugar syrup
50ml kale juice**
Orange slices, to garnish

Combine your ingredients in a cocktail shaker packed with ice. Shake and strain into a cocktail glass.

*To make Earl Grey syrup, infuse 100ml of hot water with an Earl Grey teabag. Then, combine your tea with 100g of sugar in a saucepan and heat gently until thickened.

**Combine 500g of kale with 250ml of water and blend. Add sugar and a pinch of salt, to taste, then blend again and strain.
