60ml Elg Gin No. 1
30ml sweet vermouth
10ml Mirto Liqueur
Lemon peel, to garnish
Combine your three ingredients in a cocktail shaker filled with lots of ice and stir until combined and slightly diluted. Strain into a pre-chilled coupe and garnish with a lemon peel.
