Gunpowder Martini

Gunpowder Irish Gin cocktail on a bar with lemon garnish

60ml Drumshanbo Gunpowder Irish Gin
15ml dry vermouth
2 dashes of orange bitters
1 bar spoon of gunpowder tea
Lemon zest, to garnish

Combine the gin, vermouth, bitters and tea in a cocktail shaker with ice and stir until cold and slightly diluted. Fine strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a lemon zest.
