September's perfect serve is bewitchingly good!

Our lucky members have been treated to, not one, not two , but three Peter Spanton tonics this month! So we have, not one, but TWO perfect serves!

The first perfect G&T uses the lemongrass tonic, complimented by apple and juniper - the dried garnish in September’s Gin of the Month.

Wessex Alfred the Great Gin perfect G&T, with Peter Spanton Lemongrass Tonic

Ingredients:
50ml Wessex Alfred the Great Gin
150ml Peter Spanton Lemongrass Tonic
Apple and juniper berries to garnish

Method:

Fill a copa glass with ice. Add your gin and top up with Peter Spanton Lemongrass Tonic. Garnish and serve.
