Wessex Alfred the Great Gin perfect G&T, with Peter Spanton Cardamom Tonic
Ingredients:
50ml Wessex Alfred the Great Gin
150ml Peter Spanton Cardamom Tonic
Orange wedge and cinnamon stick to garnish
Method:
Fill a copa glass with ice. Add the gin and top up with the tonic. Stir and garnish with orange and a cinnamon stick.
