- 50ml Neurita Tequila Blanco
- 150ml Three Cents Pink Grapefruit Soda
- Maldon Chilli Sea Salt Flakes, for the rim
- Mixologist's Garden Zesty Lime, for the garnish
Method
Coat the rim of your glass by running a lime wedge, flesh side down, around the edge, then dip and roll it in the chilli salt. Fill the glass with ice and add the Tequila and pink grapefruit soda. Stir to combine, garnish and enjoy
