- 40ml Neurita Tequila Blanco
- 20ml Burnt Faith Triple Sec
- 15ml Bristol Syrup Co. Lime Sherbet
- Maldon Chilli Sea Salt Flakes, for the rim
- Wedge of lime, for the rim
Method
Coat the rim of your glass by running a lime wedge, flesh side down, around the edge, then dip and roll it in the chilli salt. Add ice if serving on the rocks. Shake the Tequila, triple sec and lime syrup hard with plenty of ice for 6–8 seconds, then fine strain into your salt-rimmed glass.
