If you hadn’t already heard, we now send out cocktail syrup in our in Gin of the Month boxes so our members can make the cocktail of the month at home! August’s ginny take on the holiday favourite - the Pina Colada, uses the Gin of the Month: Manly Australian Dry Gin, Pago Pineapple Juice and a dash of our very own coconut and mango syrup and our members LOVE IT!

Here’s how you make it…

Gin-a-Colada

Ingredients:

50ml Manly Australian Dry Gin
25ml Coconut & Mango Gin-a-Colada Syrup
50ml pineapple juice
Squeeze of fresh lime (optional)

Method:

If you fancy your cocktail shaken, pour all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker, fill with ice and hard shake, then strain into a cocktail coupe. If blended is more your summer style, pour all the ingredients into a blender and blitz, then serve in a hurricane glass with a squeeze of fresh lime.
