The flavours in this gorgeous Burleighs Richard III gin concoction are perfect for autumn and have a regal feel to them. We think if Richard III was around today this would be right up his street!

The King Has Spoken

55ml Richard III Gin
15ml ginger liqueur
3 sprigs thyme
3 dashes orange bitters
2 dashes angostura bitters
Lemon peel and thyme, to serve

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add all of your ingredients. Stir until combined, then strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish and serve.
