You've tried a whisky sour, now try the ginny version with this Elderflower Gin Sour

Our Gin of the Month for August 2019, Manly Spirits Australian Dry Gin, goes brilliantly in a classic Elderflower Gin Sour - a refreshing, zingy mix of citrus, sweet elderflower, creamy foam and delicious dry gin!

Elderflower Gin Sour

45ml Manly Spirits Australian Dry Gin
15ml elderflower liqueur
20ml fresh lemon juice
10ml simple syrup*
15-20ml egg white
Lemon zest twist, to garnish

Add all ingredients except the garnish to a cocktail shaker with ice, and shake well. Shake a second time, but without ice. Strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish and serve.

*To make simple syrup, add 100ml sugar and 100ml water to a saucepan and place over a medium heat until the sugar dissolves.
