Delicious, quick and easy to make, our January 2021 Cocktail of the Month is the perfect way to beat the post-Christmas blues. Every sip of Craft Gin Club’s ‘Lady of the Lakes’ cocktail will whisk you away to the refreshing yet dramatic beauty of one of the UK’s most magnificent national parks, the Lake District.

Busting with fresh juniper and orchard fruit notes, this vibrant cocktail combines the juniper-forward delights of Pennington’s Lakeland Moon Snowfell Gin, our exclusive January 2021 Gin of the Month, with the plump, sweet apple and plum flavours of Esprala Apple & Red Plum. Our bespoke Lady of the Lakes cocktail syrup then adds a wonderfully rich, floral note that’s unlike anything else and utterly delicious.

Craft Gin Club’s Lady of the Lakes

Ingredients

50ml Pennington’s Lakeland Moon Snowfell Gin
25ml Lady of the Lakes cocktail syrup (follow the link to get more in our online shop!)
100ml Esprala Apple & Red Plum
5ml lime juice

Method

Add all your ingredients to a highball glass with ice. Stir gently and serve.
