25ml lemon juice
20ml Maidenii La Tonique or Lillet Blanc
10ml sugar syrup
3ml absinthe
Lemon twist, to garnish
Chill a coupette. Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice, shake and fine strain into your chilled coupette. Garnish with a lemon twist.
