Conker Club
Ingredients
50ml Conker Gin
4 ripe strawberries, plus one to garnish
15ml fresh lemon juice
Sprig of Fresh Samphire
1 egg white
20ml Gomme Syrup
Method
Muddle the strawberries and marsh samphire in a cocktail shaker. Add the lemon juice, Gomme syrup, egg white and gin. Fill the shaker with ice and shake. Double strain into a glass filled with crushed ice and garnish with a strawberry.
