Our February 2025 Rum of the Month, this stunning spiced rum from West Midlands Distillery is influenced by the fragrant flavours of the Caribbean. This beautiful rum offers a warming peppery heat and subtle smoky flavour that's balanced with bright citrus and a well-rounded, nutty flavour. It's absolutely delicious enjoyed neat but also pairs delightfully well with a fiery ginger beer, zingy lime or even a touch of chilli.
