Think elderflower vodka liqueur, organic sparkling wine, perfectly fizzy soda and a bartender-approved garnish. All you need to bring is a glass, some ice and a decent spot in the sunshine.

Ingredients
• 50ml Connie Glaze Elderflower Liqueur
• 25ml Artisan Bubbly Soda Water
• 75ml Vinca Organic Sparkling Wine
• 1 Mixologist’s Garden Zingy Lemon Garnish
• Fresh mint sprig, to garnish (optional)
Method
Fill a large wine glass with ice and pour over your elderflower liqueur. Top up with sparkling wine, add soda water and stir to combine. Pop in your garnish, and you’re spritz-ready!
