The Bermondsey Bunny
Method:
Add the gin, creme de cacao and honey to a cocktail shaker and stir until the honey has dissolved. Add the egg white and ice and shake vigorously. Strain into a chilled coupe glass, so the egg white leaves a nice foam on the top and garnish with crushed up mini eggs - enjoy!
