Coastal Foraged Gin Bowl

Manly spirits gin mix

Ingredients

60ml Manly Spirits Australian Dry Gin
150ml Indian tonic water
Fresh orange slice
Sprig of basil
Finger lime
Karkalla (optional)

Method

Pack a copa balloon glass with ice. Pour over the gin and tonic and give it a quick stir. Garnish with the orange slice, basil, finger lime, and karkalla.
