The Sunset Surfer

Ingredients:

50ml gin
50ml Pago Pineapple Juice
10ml grenadine
10ml bitter cherry liqueur
Cherry to garnish

Method:

Shake the gin, pineapple juice and grenadine together and pour over ice in a highball glass. Drizzle over the liqueur and add the cherry to garnish.
