5 mint leaves
30ml gin or genever
15ml apricot liqueur
15ml lemon juice
Tulip petals, to garnish
Muddle your mint leaves in a cocktail shaker. Add ice, gin, apricot liqueur and lemon juice. Shake well. Strain into a coupe or tulip glass and garnish.
