The Perfect Romeo’s G&T

The combination of Romeo’s Gin, Artisan Violet Blossom Tonic and pink peppercorns & lime is a burst of flavour and colour – the perfect way to drink the electrifying gin in Craft Gin Club’s May box!

Ingredients:

50ml Romeo’s Gin
150ml Artisan Violet Blossom Tonic
Pink peppercorn & lime, to garnish

Method:

Add 50ml of Romeo’s Gin to a copa glass. Add ice, top up with tonic and garnish with the pink peppercorns & lime in your May Gin of the Month box.

Top Tip: Try freezing your pink peppercorns in ice or suspending them in a loose-leaf tea strainer if you don’t like bits floating in your drink.
