Traditionally made with vodka, we think the Cambridge Dry Gin with Verbena and Rosemary is a perfect alternative!
Lemon Drop Martini
50ml gin
30ml lemon juice
25ml simple syrup
Fine white sugar for the rim of the glass
Lemon wheel to garnish
First, wet the rim of your martini glass with lemon juice and dip it into a saucer of the fine white sugar. Add the gin, lemon juice and simple syrup to a cocktail shaker with ice and shake vigorously, until the outside of the shaker is chilled. Strain into the martini glass and garnish with a lemon wheel.
