An easy ginger & pomegranate gin punch recipe that's perfect for festive parties!

If you’re throwing a New Year’s Eve party, or you simply have a LOT of friends and family to entertain over the festive season, then this easy gin punch recipe is what you’ll need!

We used the deliciously festive Tarquin’s Christmas Gin - our exclusive Gin of the Month in December 2018 - but you could use any good quality dry gin (a spiced gin works particularly well).

Ginger & Pomegranate Punch

Makes approx 10-15 servings

500ml Tarquin’s Cornish Christmas Gin (or similar)
300ml pomegranate juice
250ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 litre ginger ale
Fresh thyme, mint and pomegranate seeds

Add your gin, pomegranate and lemon juice to a mixing bowl. Stir for 10-20 seconds. Fill your punch bowl with ice and then add the gin mixture and top up with ginger ale. Add some fresh sprigs of thyme and/or mint and a sprinkle of pomegranate seeds. To serve, chill your guests’ glasses and provide a bucket of ice and some extra garnish for them to help themselves to.
