Ingredients:

25 ml Strawberry-infused Gin
15 ml sweet vermouth
10 ml triple sec
125 ml Ginger ale

Method:

  1. Strawberries, orange slice, cucumber slice and mint, to garnish.
  2. To make strawberry-infused gin, put a 400g punnet of strawberries in a 70cl bottle of gin and leave to infuse for two days, shaking twice every day.
  3. Build your cocktail in a glass filled with ice, stir and garnish.
