Ingredients:

50ml gin
Heaped bar spoon of Bonne Maman marmalade
Tonic water
Wedge of orange or orange peel, to garnish

Method:

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add the gin and the marmalade.
  2. Shake hard for 20 seconds, then strain into a glass filled with ice.
  3. Top up with tonic water and enjoy!
