Ingredients:
50ml gin
Heaped bar spoon of Bonne Maman marmalade
Tonic water
Wedge of orange or orange peel, to garnish
Method:
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add the gin and the marmalade.
- Shake hard for 20 seconds, then strain into a glass filled with ice.
- Top up with tonic water and enjoy!
