Ingredients:
25ml Conker Gin
25ml Apple Aperitif (Rupert from Conker uses Liberty Fields)
Indian Tonic Water
Strip of Cucumber
Ripe Strawberries
Method:
Fill a tumbler with ice. Add the gin and aperitif, then top up with cold tonic water. Garnish with a strip of cucumber and ripe strawberries – like a summer cup, but without the sickly sweetness.
