 Elderflower & Rosemary Collins

Rosemary and lemon garnish elderflower and rosemary gin collins cocktail

40ml Drumshanbo Gunpowder Irish Gin
20ml elderflower liqueur
20ml fresh lemon juice
1 dash of orange bitters
Soda water
Lemon twist and torched rosemary, to garnish

Method:
Add everything except the soda water into a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake. Add the soda water and then strain into an iced Collins glass. Garnish with a lemon twist and a torched rosemary sprig.
