Irish Spring

Irish Gunpowder gin purple and rose irish spring cocktail

40ml Drumshanbo Gunpowder Irish Gin
20ml triple sec
Slice of muddled cucumber
Muddled blackberry
20ml fresh lemon juice
15ml egg whites
Dried rose buds, to garnish

Method:

Add the ingredients to an empty cocktail shaker and shake without ice.
Add ice and shake again.
Strain into a coupe glass and garnish with dried rose buds.
