Raspberry Gin and Tonic
50ml Siderit Gin
200ml tonic
30g raspberries
Physalis, to garnish
Muddle raspberries gently at the bottom of a balloon glass, then fill the glass with ice. Add the gin and tonic. Mix well, garnish with physalis, either whole or sliced, and serve.
