Cocktail of the Week: Spirit of Splendour

When June's Gin of the Month NB Gin was chosen by Rolls Royce as one of the world's most revered brand, they decided to celebrate with a cocktail. 

The Spirit of Splendour is a delicious nod to opulence, served in a tulip glass and garnished with gold leaf. The next time you have something to celebrate, toast with one of these deliciously luxurious cocktails.

NB Spirit of Splendour

50ml NB Gin
12.5ml red vermouth
5ml Pedro Ximenez Sherry
Two dashes Angostura bitters

Method:Fill a shaker with ice and add ingredients. Give the mix a good stir and strain into a champagne balloon. Garnish with gold leaf.
