To celebrate the their second stint as official gin at the Sony BRITS after party last year, NB Gin’s expert mixologist came up with something very special indeed: the B’s Knees, a delicious cocktail made using NB Gin, honey, rosemary and black peppercorns.
It's the perfect rock n' roll tipple to sip as you enjoy the acts at Glastonbury Festival this weekend (hopefully on the telly rather in than in an actual field, having seen the latest weather reports...). Cheers!

B’s Knees
50ml NB Gin
25ml Lemon
25ml B’s Syrup (see below)
Method:
Shake all ingredients and double strain to coupe. No garnish necessary.
B’s Syrup
250ml Bees Honey
125ml Hot Water
2 Rosemary Sprigs
5g Crushed Black Peppercorns
Method:
Mix ingredients together to combine. Allow to cool and then strain before using. Ratios can be multiplied to make larger batches.
