Tarquin's Rosemary & Thyme Martini
50ml Tarquin’s Rosemary & Thyme Gin
10ml Lillet Blanc vermouth
5ml olive brine
2 dashes grapefruit bitters (optional)
Method:
Stir all the ingredients with ice until well mixed and cool. Strain into a Martini glass and garnish with an olive.
