Cocktail of the Week: Chivalry's Not Old Fashioned

We're sad to be bidding farewell to our wonderful February Gin of the Month this week. We know that our members have loved their Edinburgh Valentine's Gin too, so we're hoping that this delicious cocktail recipe will help to ease the pain of parting (as long as they've got enough left to make it of course!)

This gin version of the classic Old Fashioned, traditionally a whiskey cocktail, works beautifully with this smooth and fragrant gin. It's sure to get some old-fashioned romance flowing this evening...Cheers!

Chivalry’s Not Old Fashioned

35-70ml Edinburgh Valentine’s Gin
1-2 dashes bitters
1tsp brown sugar
Ice

Stir Edinburgh Valentine’s Gin, bitters and brown sugar over ice until partially melted. Serve and savour!
