edinburgh gin tickled pin g&t gin and tonic cocktail

Tickled Pink G&T

50cl pink gin (Edinburgh Valentine’s Gin, preferred)
50cl premium tonic
4-5 dashes bitters
Lemon slice and strawberries, to garnish

Add ice and 4-5 dashes of bitters to a glass, swirl and shake out excess bitters. Pour over equal parts pink gin and tonic water. Garnish with lemon and strawberries.
