Edinburgh Valentine’s Gin
Dry vermouth
Ice
Rose petal, to garnish
Shake equal parts Edinburgh Valentine’s Gin and dry vermouth with ice. Strain, garnish with a rose petal and enjoy – preferably with your Valentine!

Valentine’s Heartini
70ml Edinburgh Valentine’s Gin
35ml pomegranate juice
50ml pineapple juice
Pour Edinburgh Valentine's Gin, pomegranate juice and pineapple juice into a Boston shaker. Shake vigorously for 30 seconds and double strain into a Martini glass, garnish with a lemon twist.
