Cocktail of the Week: Chilgrove Dry Gin Dirty Martini

As the UK's only gin made from grapes, fittingly, Chilgrove Dry Gin throws out the traditional olive brine in this martini recipe and replaces it with grapes. The fruit of the vine complements the base spirit and the gin's botanicals perfectly giving a bit of a fruity kick to what is traditionally a slightly bitter cocktail. 

Ingredients:

• 75ml Chilgrove Dry Gin
• Handful of grapes
• ice

75ml Chilgrove Dry Gin

Handful of grapes

ice

Method: muddle most of the grapes, saving 2 for garnish. Add the Chilgrove Dry Gin and chunky ice. Shake well and double strain into a cocktail glass.
