6 Organic Gins you need to drink to get green this Earth Day

With Earth Day upon us, we thought we’d celebrate a few distillers that celebrate the earth while making delectable spirits. All of the following gins are “organic”, meaning that their base spirits are distilled from organic grains which have minimal environmental impact vs. more large-scale farming that often relies on the use of potentially harmful chemicals.

The distillery behind our Gin of the Month, Cotswolds Dry Gin, uses local organic barley to produce the spirit for its whisky and its Organic Odyssey will come out of the cask for tasting in 2017.

So this evening, raise your G&T to the spirits folk making a difference for the earth while providing us with different and delicious gins.
