The Perfect Rhubarb & Grapefruit Gin & Tonic
50ml Theodore Pictish Gin
150ml Fentimans Pink Rhubarb Tonic Water
Pink grapefruit slices, to garnish
Fill a glass with ice. Add gin, and top up with tonic. Garnish and serve.
