Peach, prosecco and gin? This cocktail ticks every box for summer sipping!

Every month, we send our Craft Gin Club members everything they need to make a selection of beautiful gin cocktails. In this easy and delicious recipe, our July ‘19 Gin of the Month, Theodore Pictish Gin, comes together with peach, prosecco and a little citrus for the most delightful summer cocktail going!

‘Pictish Spritz’: Peach, Prosecco & Gin Cocktail

40ml Theodore Pictish Gin
10ml peach liqueur
10ml lemon juice
5ml simple syrup
3 dashes Peychaud’s bitters
Prosecco, to top up
Orange twist and edible flowers, to garnish

 Combine your gin, peach liqueur, lemon juice, simple syrup and bitters in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake for 30 seconds, and strain into a wine glass over ice. Top up with prosecco, garnish and serve.
