William of Orange
Ingredients:
50ml Gin 1689
25ml 3/4 Oz Ginger Syrup
1 Tsp Tiptree Tawny Marmalade
Dash of Angostura Bitters
Orange wheel to garnish
Method:
Combine all the ingredients to a cocktail shaker and stir in the marmalade until it has dissolved. Add ice and shake vigorously. Strain into a chilled coupe glass and garnish with an orange wheel.
